At Hill's Hardwood we recommend joining our regular Maintenance Program. This process involves a "Maintenance Coat" on your Hardwood Floors to clean, remove any contaminants, abrade/polish surface and apply new top coat to remove any light surface scratches while maintaining desired sheen, durability and longevity

Residential Homes - Recommended every 3-5 Years depending on traffic in home.

Commercial Buildings - Recommended every 6 Months - 1 Year depending on traffic.
